are created to be fast and simple requiring little to no cooking skills, ensuring that even the most novice of
cooks can get started with a Better Way Gourmet weekly menu meal plan - while advanced cooks will
appreciate the efficiency. So go ahead, get started right away!
Along with a weekly menu, you also get the shopping list for the items that you'll need for the coming
week. Each meal will contain at least one protein, starch, and vegetable - ensuring that you're getting
balanced nutrition all week long. We steer away from artificial ingredients and unnecessary chemicals or
preservatives, as well as ingredients that are high in fat and cholesterol. We also try to make brand
recommendations whenever possible to help you select the best options. The best part is that most of our
menu items will usually cost no more than $5 per serving! How's that for eating better?
Select your meal plan and checkout. You'll then receive an email with a link to set up your account and
your weekly meal subscription. Every week you will log in to your account to see the menu for the week
ahead. Your menu will outline 5 days of complete dinners.
