PR Partner - P/T (Orlando, FL)
We are looking for a Public Relations partner to take equity ownership of our subsidiary after reaching our
target sales goal in two years.
Requirements
* BA/BS degree or higher (or equivelant experience)
* Strong written and verbal English communication skills
* Professional or life experience relating to food with an affinity for the culinary arts, nutrition, etc.
* A healthy appearance to accurately promote our brand
* Home computer with high-speed internet
* A quiet place to talk, and good phone connection (with long distance plan) for making business related calls
Description
Your duties and responsibilities will vary based on need. As a small start-up we will all need to wear many
hats, but your tasks will always center around Public Relations - spreading the word about our brand, and may
include the following:
* Writing press releases
* Scheduling press interviews
* Scouting / recruiting partners, advisors, and/or board members
* Answering email inquiries from members and the press
* Working with our marketing coordinator to determine primary opportunities
* Compose copy informing members, vendors, partners, and fans about current company news
You would be working from your own home office but would be required to show up for a weekly meeting.
